Acne And Junk Food - Fact Or Fiction?
There has been an ongoing debate about whether or not acne can be caused by (or worsened) by consuming junk food. Some people think that a healthy body is more capable of fighting off acne.Part of becoming healthy involves eating a well balanced diet. Folks will be a lot healthier when they choose to do so.).
Other people don't agree. These people that acne is caused by genetics and genes instead of the foods consumed. Other people believe you can be acne free in 3 days. Acne is related to the family gene in one way or another so people who develop it do not have much of a choice. This group believes that stress plays a huge role in how acne develops.
The more stress someone is under, the more likely they will develop this skin condition. People that are stressed see an improvement in their acne, once they calm down.
There is not much evidence linking junk food to acne. There isn't much evidence on the contrary either. So the belief that junk food causes acne, is considered to be a myth by some and not by others. It never ceases to be a hot topic.
Not many folks will debate the fact that healthy food gives a good complexion.Eating too much junk food can clog up your system and affect your health. Your best bet would be to stick to a diet that contains plenty of fruit, water, and proteins.
The body can and will get bent out of shape, when junk food is eaten in excessive amounts. Some people get acne as a result yet still, others do not. Right now there is no definitive evidence either way. Therefore, the best thing to do would be to have a well balanced diet.
This lets people develop a great looking complexion without the added need for medicine. If they continue to have acne at least they can rule out junk food as being the cause and work with their doctor to find a successful solution.
