Our office will be closed until Thursday 4 February. In the meantime, if you have a query, problem or comment about our products, delivery or website, please contact us by email (info@forevercrystal.co.uk) and we will endeavour to provide a response within 24 hours of us receiving your communication.

All online orders placed during this period will be despatched within 3-5 working days. Orders for next day delivery cannot be processed before 4 February. Please note - we only accept online orders where delivery is to a UK mainland delivery address.

Gift wrapping:
To have your glassware gift wrapped, select a gift wrap design then click the checkbox adjacent to each item that you want us to wrap. Gift wrap is charged at £4.95 for a single item, and £3.50 for each additional item in your basket. You may add a gift tag message when you proceed to checkout. Please note: Gift wrapping is not available on our Winstanley range of cats and dogs
