We will only request payment card details when you wish to confirm an order for a product or service. Your debit or credit card details are not seen by Forever Crystal as they are entered directly a secure payment gateway hosted by our merchant bank Worldpay or Paypal.

If you prefer not to provide your payment card details to our website you can confirm an order and pay by calling our customer support team.



Personal information collected about you is used to process your orders and to manage your account. In processing customer orders, we may seek information from credit reference and fraud prevention agencies.

You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.  If you want us to update, correct or remove any information, our contact details are provided below.  

To process an order made using our website, your details may need to passed on to a third party courier to deliver the product that you ordered. Your details may also be used by the courier to inform you of the delivery date and time. If we need to confirm any detail of an order with you, we may contact you by telephone, text message or email to ensure that we fulfil your expectations.

Afterwards, we make keep your details in order to fulfil any contractual obligations to you such as refunds, guarantees, and to ensure that we comply with internal record keeping obligations required by the relevant tax authority.

If you choose an online payment method, you will be directed to the secure payment gateway hosted by either Sagepay or Paypal (as appropriate). Forever Crystal does not handle or store your payment card data.

Alternatively you may prefer to call us on 01773 820287 and make payment for your order by telephone. Your payment will be processed immediately using a fixed Worldpay terminal and your payment card details destroyed by cross-shredding.
