Occasionally our quality inspection process will identify what to most observers would be regarded as a minor blemish, possibly not even noticed by most people, however items which fail our inspection will be rejected.  Although the following products have all failed to meet our high quality standard, the glassware remains suitable for everyday use, although we wouldn’t wish to see the products gifted.
