We continue to operate normally with all orders being processed, personalised and shipped in accordance with the delivery timescale requested by our customers.

In line with government guidance on the Coronavirus (Corvid-19) pandemic, we have introduced changes to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff.

You will no longer be required to sign for a parcel on delivery. However, alternative measures have been introduced by the couriers to evidence that a parcel has been delivered to the correct address. Couriers will also practice safe-distancing measures in line with government requirements to protect both their own staff and the public.

Express Delivery (Next Working Day) - £7.95

  • Orders must be received by 1 p.m. for guaranteed Express Delivery next working day (including most personalised and engraved products). If personalisation includes a logo/crest, Express Delivery may extend to 2 working days.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £5.95

  • If your basket value is £15 - £100 and you don’t require the goods quickly, our Standard Delivery service may be most suitable for you. If your basket value is less than £15, our Standard Delivery charge is just £3.95.

Free Delivery (3-5 working days)

  • We offer free standard delivery for orders of £100 or more. If you require faster delivery, we recommend that you select the Express Delivery option.

Delivery to Mainland Europe

  • Please call us on 01773 820287 if you require a delivery quote to a mainland European address.

All deliveries are fully tracked. With our Express Next Day Delivery service you will receive a text message from our courier on the delivery day stating the expected delivery window. If you will not be at the delivery address at that time, you will be given the opportunity to re-arrange the delivery, or request that your parcel be delivered to a local collection point.

Our courier partners are carefully selected for the reliability of the service they provide, and their performance is monitored by us to ensure that we meet our delivery promise and your expectations. Very occasionally a delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the direct control of Forever Crystal. Deliveries within the parcel and postal network can be affected by adverse weather conditions which may result on rare occasions to delivery delays. Forever Crystal cannot be held responsible for a delayed delivery where the delay has resulted from adverse weather conditions or some other act beyond the control of Forever Crystal.
